- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆US Bank is a great bank, but avoid this branch if at all possible. No one is rude, although it frequently takes 5+ min to be helped even if you are the only one there. The biggest reason to avoid the branch is the manager. Her name is Claudia. US Bank gives their managers a good deal of autonomy. This means that she has the power to decide how her customers are handled in her branch. She told me directly she she does not believe in considering individual cases because it is unfair. As someone who had spent 10+ years in customer service, this was shocking. Pretty much the entire job of a customer service manager is to tailor the solution to the customer. Obviously something she needs some training on. She gave me the impression her personal pay is impacted by her ability to collect on fees. Not the kinna manager I like doing business with and really not the standards I am used to with this bank.By Danielle Rose, November 02, 2016
