- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Lots of reviewers are complaining about the drivers and packages not coming but I'll write one for the customer care center, which is what this place is. I got great service there. And they don't charge the markup the UPS Store (an identity separate from UPS) does. So the prices are much more reasonable. I shipped a 60lb laser printer from here to Omaha for less than $60. It got there fine. The customet counter hours could be better (at this writing, 10:30-6) and the location is hard to find, behind a row of buildings. BUT... the gals at the counter (guys too) knew what they were doing and even offered to help get the item to the counter (I did it myself). But I have no problems with the customer service counter whatsoever. They do their jobs and were friendly. Don't go to the UPS Store, which is a private entity separate from UPS. Come here. A bit more inconvenient but worth the massive difference in price. They won't try to sell you bubble wrap and a $20 box to ship a $10 item here.
