  I went to the ER on July 20th with a kidney stone. It was to large to pass on it's own. Dr Kolosseus put in a stent to allow me to urinate while hoping the stone moved into a more favorable position for him to remove in a weeks time. The procedure went smoothly and I came home that night with enough Meds for a week and instructions to call the office the next morning to schedule a follow up appointment. It is now 10:45 pm July 27th. I have called the office multiple times. Sometimes multiple times in one day to try and schedule my follow up. So far of the 20-30 times I have called they have answered the phone 1 time. They took my information and told me that someone would call me to schedule my follow up. So far, I'm still waiting. I've left several messages reminding them that I need a follow up. Someone from the Las Cruces office has returned my call 3 times. All 3 times I was told that someone would call me to schedule my follow up. At this point I'm not sure when or if they'll call me back. As of right now I give 3 stars for a good procedure at the hospital but lack of service from the office. I will update this when I finally get my stone removed.

  First of all i am a patient of Dr. Bandana; she is a urology Dr. and a very good one i might add. I went in with a prostatic problem and some other related problems, however i was skeptical i personally had not heard of Dr. Bandana. But after she did a couple of procedures on me @ the hospital and how professional and knowledgeable she was. I highly recommend Dr. Bandana to all that have urological problems. She made me whole again and feel good about myself. She's an excellent surgeon! @ Rio Grand Urology in Las Cruces NM

  I went to see Dr. Kolosseus for several years for a routine prostate exam. The doctor found cancer and referred me for treatment. He is very through, knowledgeable, and I am very grateful he was there for me. I believe he saved my life.
